Confirming Your Order

• Quoted prices are valid for 21 days after which we may need to re-quote

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking at a quoted package price

• Once the deposit is paid the quoted price does not change unless changes are made to the proposal, such as adding drinks, glassware or adjusting guest numbers

• After paying your deposit you can still make changes and confirm the final numbers up to 7 days before delivery

• The balance of the payment due will be invoiced at the same time as your deposit but payment is due 5 days before delivery. We will adjust this final invoice to reflect your final guest numbers and drinks order. Talk to us if you'd prefer to make several smaller payments leading up to your event

• Final payment must be received in full before your event can be delivered
   

Cancellations and Postponements

• If you cancel your booking giving us 21 days' notice or more, you'll receive a full refund of your deposit  minus a $100 admin fee

• If you cancel your booking within 7 days of your event, the full deposit is forfeit

• We understand sometimes life throws us a surprise, such as someone testing positive for covid so, so if you need to postpone your event, delivery can be postponed/date changed at no cost by giving us 48 hours or more notice. If postponed within 48 hours we'll look at any incurred charges on a case-by-case basis. We may have already incurred some costs but we'll always try to help by being as flexible as possible
